Estimates, prices and promotions
- Prices, offers, discounts and financing mentioned on this website, in our ads, on social media or in other marketing are estimates or limited offers, not binding quotes. They are subject to an inspection of your property, our service area, material availability and the dates or conditions stated in the offer.
- Unless an offer says otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value, apply to new contracts signed while the offer is active, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time before you sign.

Insurance claims
We can inspect and document storm damage, prepare estimates and, at your request, communicate with your insurance company about the work on your roof. We are a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster or a law firm. We do not negotiate your claim on your behalf, we do not give legal advice, and we cannot promise that a claim will be approved or what amount your insurer will pay. Coverage decisions belong to your insurance company and depend on your policy.
Requesting an inspection or contacting us
- Sending our contact form is a request for us to get in touch. It does not create a contract, and we may decline requests outside our service area or that we cannot take on.
- Please give us accurate information, and only for a property you own or manage or have permission to ask about.
- We will reply by phone or email. We will text you only if you agree to it, as described in our SMS Terms.
Photos and content
The text, photos, logos and design of this website belong to GUTTERS CONSTRUCTION CORP or are used with permission. Photos of projects show real work we completed. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use; you may not copy, republish or use our content, name or logo in your own marketing without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- send spam, false or automated submissions, or another person’s information without their permission;
- scrape or copy the website by automated means, or try to access the staff area or any account that is not yours;
